My parents have had Tom as their insurance agent for many years. This past year, as I've taken over their care, I've started working personally with Tom, and I have found him to be exceptional in his knowledge, his diligence in getting things done and quickly, his friendliness and his caring personality. He really takes the time to make sure that I understand all the details that I need to know to make sure my parents are getting the best care that they can get with their insurance. Recently, I've asked him to become my insurance agent and he has found me a really great plan. I am so pleased and I look forward to each time that I need to talk with him because he is so efficient, easy to work with and caring. He has truly become like a member of the family.
